The Mission of the Atlas Health Foundation is to reduce health disparities and gaps in services for vulnerable and
underserved populations and communities by;

Identifying problems that are within our health services field of expertise and that are not adequately
served by other initiatives

Imagineering, demonstrating and implementing innovative solutions that will make measurable and sustainable improvements in the health of individuals, families and communities

Convening and enlisting the participation of the stakeholders that are best positioned to disseminate and encourage implementation of the solutions

Calling the problems to the attention of policy makers, organizations, funders and appropriate power structures so that more resources will be devoted to their solution and they will no longer be orphan issues
