Atlas Health Foundation identifies and addresses overlooked and challenging problems.

Rural Veterans

Atlas Health Foundation (AHF) has developed an innovative demonstration program that will create opportunities for veterans to obtain health jobs and careers, thereby addressing their greatest need-meaningful employment-and reducing the rural health workforce shortage.

The Incarcerated

AHF, in partnership with a university, is developing a program to improve the performance of correctional health services by enhancing the competencies and professionalism of their administrative leadership.

Financing The Atlas Health Foundation

The development efforts of AHF are supported by contributions from the public and professional associations, pro bono staff and in-kind contributions. Much appreciated development support has been provided by the American Hospital Association, Atlas Research and the Federation of American Hospitals. We have been below the income threshold for filing an IRS 990, but do file a 990ez.

AHF is a 501(c)(3) organization and has achieved the GuideStar Gold rating.
